Not sure how to describe this question. I was wondering if anyone has recommendations for thin backed seats. Problem i'm running into is I've often got 3 kids in the car with me (2 year old in front seat in 5 point car seat....then an 8 and 7 year old in the back. I'm not to far away from no longer being able to have someone behind me because it's a tight fit for the kid behind me. I'm looking something that's back piece is thinner, not sure there are any options, but was thinking about this yesterday.
Could probably buy a cheap car to shuttle the kids around for the price it's going to cost to gain 1-2 inches of legroom
Have 5 cars and all get driven very regularly (tundra, '55 suburban, 63 impala, porsche, mdx), only rule i have when bringing a car home is all 3 kids have to be able to fit Wife doesn't have to come along, but I do way too much with the three. Every car in the house has 3 car seats in them at all times (have 18 seats in the house). Porsche is the only one that has them occasionally removed. So it's a matter of making it work or the turbo goes
Porsche generally has a roof rack on it loaded up with skateboards, scooters, etc (it's our skate park car)
HotrodGuy, I would like to see more pics on how you make the 3 car seats work in your 996. I have 3 kids and need some ideas on how to make 3 car seats work for our driving adventures.
