Relocating an 01 PCM CD drive

Does anyone know if there is a wiring harness long enough to remount the CD drive from a PCM1 to the hood. In other words, I want to take the cd drive(below Nav screen, above climate control) and relocate it to the hood or even somewhere else, so I can mount some useful gauges. It seems to be just a waste of space to have a Commodore 64 looking drive in the dash. Also do not want to change the Nav unit to something else, want to retain the stock look. Thanks for any insight.

Hey Alex, is there an actual cable long enough I can purchase to relocate the drive? I know I could splice the factory cable and extend it, but do not really want to hack up the oem wiring. Thanks for any info.
