Updated Headlight Module

Hey - I thought I would post my impression of the new headlights I installed a couple of months ago. I bought the HID version which uses the HID ballast and lights from your original units as well as the levelling motor.. Everything else is included in the module. For some reason, they came with halogen high beams. I replaced those with LED which are much brighter and white in colour. I know this kind of mod isn't for those who want to keep their car "stock", but I am keeping this car until I die, so I'm very happy to keep updating things as I go.

This is the halogen that was included beside the LED I installed for the high beam. I had to modify the cooling fins a little to make them fit properly.

This is high beams - with LEDs.

...and Hey - no water nozzle!

Do you have any night shots to share? Maybe the lights and beam patterns.

Here is my day shot showing the cutoff - it's very crisp. This is also before I adjusted the levels to align them. I brought the driver's side down and the passenger side up.

Outkasted is infamous around these parts
Do you have any shots of the back of the headlight. I was debating getting a set of these and taking them apart to delete turn signal and modify ring for DRL and turn. Just not sure if the can be separated or would it involve cutting the bottom open.

The back is pretty well the same as the OEM lights. You can get a pretty good idea from the installation video here:

This is from the installation instructions:

Your description says the halo is used for DRL - mine don't do that. Do you have an updated version of the lights?
