My original rear view mirror off my 2001 996 Turbo started to bubble on a hot day then it dripped. Thankfully it landed on the leather shifter boot and I was able to clean it fast enough before any serious damage.

I was trying to order a Audi replacement and picked up this part # 4Z7857511B01 off a 2000-2005 Audi but it doesn't fit the same windshield attachment piece. I think this was the updated mirror.

Does any one know the correct Audi rear view mirror replacement part # or a link to a direct replacement with auto-dimming. I don't want to bother sending it for replacement glass exchange since it's already leaking and may have internal damage. Worst case scenario if none are available i will just get the non-auto dimming for 78 bucks.
