TOD Video $$ Refund

Gentlemen,
At long last, I finally had time to sit down and work through the many refunds for the TOD Video. As you may or may not know, the videographer followed through with their contracted pre-production services, namely, the driving of, scoping out and GPS coordinate documentary of the route we were planning to take. Accordingly, we owe them a fee for their efforts. This amounts to $605.00. Additionally, each PayPal transaction has personally cost me $5.00.

As stated in a previous post relating to this matter, we were going to deduct $45.00 from everyone's contribution to cover the videographer cost. The videographer will keep the data so that we may re-initiate his services in the spring if we decide to have the TOD meet then. Obviously we would only be liable for the production and post production costs.

I have sent PayPal refunds (deducting the $45.00) to everyone that has sent in money by that method.

Following are exceptions (inability to transmit funds via PayPal or currently holding a check) that need to contact me via PM to rectify their circumstances:
  • Mike Seed (PayPal prevents me from sending funds to an international email address (.ca), please provide a suitable PayPal address)
  • Chris Y. (I am holding your Money Order)
  • TonyNJ (I am holding your check)
  • Doug Blessing (I am holding your check)

If you are one of the four people in the list above, please respond with a solution that will enable a net contribution of $45.00. Thanks for your consideration.

Please accept my sincerest apology regarding this matter. It was obviously our intent to serve up a really great meet. It is unfortunate that we had to cancel it due to the weather, but we felt it was in everyone's best interest to keep everyone home and safe.
