600HP is a great place to start!
Still wouldnt change the feel of the car enough, to enjoy the other 50% of the car, that is handling! The car feels so on point in RWD mode, honestly, the people who havent done it have no idea!

This is obviously very subjective. I would say 600HP is a great place to stop, many have voted otherwise.

lets see what my shop will charge for this mod, I think I will try the shaft disconnect first before going all out removing the front diff. I have the stage 4 with race gas program and want to see if traction is an issue.

kiko is infamous around these parts
Would anyone please do a resume of this mode? Like, parts involved and part numbers, etc? Fotos of the procedure would be the cherry on the top...

Does anyone knows the price of an LSD?

Kiko... feels like this is a national secret... getting a full description with steps and parts involved + pro and cons is harder than getting an interview with the Pope... I feel like it's a teasing game, they give a little info, but not more or enough to let all the 6speeders understand the whole process in full...

Wow, well the only thing we have done different was press out the bearing and use the standard C2 bearing. This is why the stub axels will not fit the other way.

Ahh, that explains it. When they tried putting in the C2 stub axels and seeing that they didnt fit, their thought was just to take the 996tt stub axels off the CV joints and use them (saved me about $300 in parts). My car seems to be running fine using the 996tt stub axels and bearings as both the ABS and PSM are working properly.

Seeing martin used his 996tt stub axels, do you recommend using the C2 pressed out like you mentioned, or his way??

I'm pretty sure that the C2 stub axel doesnt fit into the 996tt wheel hub. The 996tt stub axel is like 76mm and the C2 stub axel is 90mm even though it has the same number of teeth.

Well he explained how people do it by pressing it out or whatever. So what would be the advantage of people using the C2 stub axel over the stock 996tt's?!?
