Good price for a GT2?

Hey guys. I have a friend that's all over me to buy my 996 Turbo. My warranty expires Jan 07, so I was going to look around for something then. I'm thinking I may sell now.

So, I'd like to get a GT2. 03 or newer with a certified warranty. What's a ballpark price I can expect for a clean car? I'd like the full carbon interior, and the few other options they offered on them. Thanks!

I have friend with a 2003 GT2 w/ 6100 miles (very clean) - Silver/Black, plain interior, has TechArt ECU & Exhaust mods (only) for a real 550HP - all for $130,000 - if you are interested.

If you look around you can probably pick up a low mileage GT2 for about $110k-$120k.

My local dealer just sold a 1063 mile '02 for 128K. The car was Fully loaded, 204K sticker. I also learned while looking for mine, that everyone's version of "clean" is different.

Best of luck with the purchase, you'll love it.

Thanks for the replies guys. I figured somewhere in the 120-130k range but wanted to check with some of you. They seem difficult to find online. I have found a few but not many.

I personally would not pay over 120k for one! If you look hard enough you can find one with low miles (3-5k) for 115-120.

If you want to buy a GT2 still under warranty the price that your finding is about right. Once you drive one you'll forget about the price anyway. The GT2 is a real sports car.

Then you won't be owning one! The '02s with miles are starting in the 120's

You can't compare this car to a turbo, and that's obvious by the prices they are still comanding.

There were only 399 that were produced for the US. If you find one you like, negotiate a little and then buy it, you won't be sorry!

I just took 5 minutes really quick to see what I could find. I called Scottsdale Ferarri and they said they would do 125.5k on the 2003 GT2 they have for sale... Again, this is the outcome of ONLY TWO quick calls to TWO dealers.... So, once again - Their are deals out there! Also, I think If was at the dealership in person and ready to do the deal, I could negoitate another 2k or so off the price. I was able to take almost 4k off with a phone call....

BTW: Please do not use cars.com and autotrader as your point of reference (price) for these types of cars or you will get ripped off

The one is Scottsdale has issues, check the CARFAX and ask the dealership. You're the one that's going to get ripped off.
