388kph was real and was the record for a "road registered" car. Granted the record was only shortly held, as the Veyron snatched it away. 9ff has a date booked in Nardo this sept with their GT9.
However, you may still be safe - as the V400 is technically a GT3 (narrow body) with the 840PS motor.
Be warned - there are two 910HP GT2 in the USA. One on the west coast and one on the east coast...
