Help with TA wing install

I recently bought a CF TA replica wing from a member here who never installed it. Ive been patiently waiting for the special tool to get here and it arrived today
I quicky removed the stock wing and realized that the attachment points are very different on the wings. The stock wing has an inset metal bar which many of you are aware, im sure.
My replacement wing has a female, threaded tube which is bigger in diameter than the stock inset and no bar.
It doesnt even seem remotely compatible.
Am I screwed or is there an adaptor or something??

pics to follow

I think, you need to unscrew that bolt in the factory spoiler (I have heard it is loc-tite'd in pretty good) and then screw it into the new spoiler. Of course that is one hell of a big allen wrench to get in there.

You can't buy that part from the dealer without buying the entire wing blade. I've been trying. They don't even list that insert as a separate part.

Go to Harbor Freight and get yourself a 14mm hex bit. Makes the job much easier. I just did it myself.

Yeah, I think my shop did the same thing that M3CAB mentioned when they were trying to install it (actuator went out). Can't wait to see the pictures...
