Washer Fluid Reservoir Leak... how do I access it?

So, my low washer fluid light came on. I tried to fill it up, and washer fluid poured out from somewhere under my car around the driver's side front tire. I'm assuming I have a leak or crack somewhere. Is there an easy way to check this, or is their a common fix? Thanks!

You all won't believe the answer to this problem... the dealer must have removed the inner wheel liner at one point, and the tech put an extra screw to hold the liner in. The screw went straight throught the reservoir! I ended up putting silicone in the hole, and putting a tire patch on the outside of it. So far, no leaks.
