The only winter driveing I've done is when I drove the car back from Vancouver and hit a snow storm. Even though the car is AWD, I wouldn't reccomend it for winter.
Was this with winter tires? It seems like some folks like the snow capabilities of the TT.

Hey that link doesn't open for me for some reason. What time is the meet going to be at? I will come check it out for sure.

Nice pics btw, i've seen your car at Eurasia before. One of the owners drive a C4 996 this winter and he says it's great, so i think i'm gonna give it a shot, i've driven worse in winter.

I'm planning on buying from the US, save a ton of cash these days. I'm from Jackson Heights area of Edmonton, what about u?

Are you looking for a 996 local, or are you planning to purchase down south?

I must have copied the link incorrectly. Check it out at Canada Forums. it's posted under Festive Edm gathering. I'll let the guys know to expect you. I believe we are arriving around 4:30.

If you plan to buy down south, check the for sale forum. There are some nicely modded ones at a great price.

I'm in Riverbend.

Looking forward to meeting you on the 15th.

Regards,

Howie

Go with Sharky. On the exhaust....search on TJW...

:-)

Once you have funds, get a real exhaust of course.

Thanks for the advice regarding the RWD conversion. That was actually going to be my next mod.
Now I'm thinking about the 3.8L conversion.
