Gary, as well it would have been nice to know directly from Matt or someone else at ByDesign that my sales rep was gone.

My car is being worked on there and the new rep didn't have pricing that Matt gave me and I needed to go over the entire order with him.

The new rep is great though and I am sure all will work out fine. I just hate it when I have to call and find out my sales guy is not there anymore. But I guess that's the Aftermarket Business for you ;-)

Matt, hope your new job is going well. What does this shop do?

I can see Matt not contacting CURRENT customers but I would think that By-Design would have contacted you since they already had your car.
