Well it is a knock off T/A wing from ebay. It came from Taiwan I think in lightning fast time I think I bought it on Tuesday. Well it arrived today. What a PITA to install not hard just weird parts. Anyway... What do you guys think? I wish it sat flush with the body when completley down. All of these same wings I have seen others install look the same. Anyway I got it to compliment the CF mirrors. I want t see it in the daylight and out of the garage. Here are some quck photos I will take more outside when I bring the car out. Also It is the big day tomorrow I get to test my new skirt... praying for no scrapes!!!!

The TA wing is just a subtle improvement that doesnt seem too overwhelming. I love it, especially the CF on a black car.

I'm considering purchasing the same wing. Although, the fact that it does not sit completely flushed is holding me back. Please post more pictures though, perhaps that'll just change my mind...

The quality is great CF on top painted black on bottom. I would give it a 9/10. I will take more detailed photos tomorrow with my SLR in the sun. I agree it could sit 1/2-1" lower I have a large belt sander I might be able to shave the mounting points down a bit to get the wing lower. I will play around with it tomorrow. Really that is my only complaint. It does look good. I want to see it out in the open though.

Sportec Wheels are coming in a week or so. They are the Athrecite dark but not black.

So for just over $500 delivered you can't beat it. If anyone buys a wing you need the tools to remove. Spanner wrench and a large Allen head. I have both I am willing to share the tools I just want them back when your done.

how far apart are the posts that hold the wing up? i wonder if this would work with my turbo look tail i have now?

 

Even the real techart piece doesnt sit flush with the decklid. I always wondered why they designed it that way. Still looks sweet on your car though. I'd definitely keep it.

I'm always for less is more probably dictated by the region of the world I live in but in this case I reckon it looks good on a black car, I'd never do it on my Seal Grau though...
