Blah, that makes me want to cry So that 05 was going for what, 82k? Its confusing reading all of the numbers together. I know GT2's are rare and most likely they wouldnt be on Manheim, but any way you can check for me?

Thanks alot!

So I can get a 2005 TT for $62,000 for a higher mileage (14,000 mile) car? Yeah right! Let me know to whom I should write the check.

Prices are falling now for these cars now, in UK I noticed the first one going for £39,500 ($74k US) That's pretty cheap over here in UK. There will be an a few owners that are just trying to off load these cars at a "grab a bargain" price!

This is why I made a major decision this year, which was to not give a **** about mileage, resale, etc, etc. I (like others) ran up 2/3k in the first year and had the car sitting in the garage doing absolutely nothing for weeks on end, all along thinking that I need to keep the car so I can get a good resale on it. So I decided I was going to keep over the 997 Turbo as looks were still very similar (no dramatic changes) and use the bloody thing as much as possible. Let's face it!, some might not have the finances to be driving a Turbo in the future and if it happened to me I would rather go out with a bang!, I had that car, experienced the full potential and drove the *** of it!

Would rather do this and lose $5/10k on my car, and ENJOY!

i could have bought a 997TT but decided to mod the proven platform. I just spent more on tunning it then what an 05 TT costs- Out of all the fancy cars I had- my 01 TT is a keeper
just my .02 cent,
markski
