No, it's just that my wife has a 227hp wrx wagon, and we really like it. We're both realistic about what it can and cannot stand up to, though.

 

Exactly, i didnt say it was a bad car acceleration or build quality wise. I love Subie's, great cars. But as you said, you know what it can and cant do!

Not even close lol. 996TT's are nice but they arent the fastest cars around. I actually consider them slow unless its a GT700 or some sort. My ex stage 2 996tt (on race mode and 110 oct) got walked by a murci, although it was close the murci got the top end.

 

Why is it the same M3 guys who talk all of the ****? As far as i see it, all of these cars are amazing in their own respect. Until i see M3's running 10's on stock internals like GT700 996TT's and GT2's, low 10's and even 9's i dont think one can really talk eh?

 

As far as im concerned the only **** talking here is from tt owners who can't respect other cars and think they are unbeatable. The only 996tt's running 10's are the ones that throw 40k+ into them. I dont see low 10's or 9's, maybe 1 or 2 and those cars probably have an easy 100k+ into mods (oh and those aren't stock internals). Be patient and you will see an M3 making a GT700 look slow.

 

I hope so man, and there is no **** talking going on, only a far fetched imaginitive person who thinks that, especially about 996TT's being "untouchable", get real! I think you should hop onto the Supra board's , Bike forum's, turbo s2k guys, turbo 350z guys and the million other people out there with their crazy car's who talk **** too!

 

Just as long as you don't think 11.9 in a street BMW is quick, no problems.

Stock WRXs run mid 13s at a tad over 100MPH. You'll take him comfortably in the quarter mile. The WRX gets out of the hole nicely (not better than a TT) and goes hard to just before half track. Then they fall over.

 

Nope its not quick. Especially not on a street car at a sandy/windy 5000 foot density altitude one. Oh btw a stage 2 996tt on race mode runs high 12's at 115 there, lol. Im sure your car would run 11's there, no doubt. But then again im not to fond of ET's, they are very driver, traction and track oriented.

 

Is this TAZAM3 on E46 and M3forums ? Just curious cause he also has a red supercharged M3....
