Good morning fellas, just got to work and was wondering if anyone can help answer a question I tried searching for last night with no answer. Trying to figure out other than millage, is there any reason to take an 02 over an 01 or vice versa? I know the BOSE sound system is standard starting 02+, is it really that much better than the stock?

Are there any other differences?

Porsche still does not know how to make a good sound system for their cars so the BOSE system should not play any role in your decision. 02 has a glove box.

 

Thanks ! If it's just these two, I guess it's not gonna be too big a deal. Looking at a CPO(2 year warranty) 01 w/ 18k miles.

I've got an '03 w/ Bose - I'm told until 997 they are all the same. I can not believe Bose put their name on this - totally sucks. I'll pull it out some day so if you want a Bose system let me know !!! no - Wait - I means the Bose is fantastic and I should ask for big money !!!
