30,000 Miles Service...

Just did my 30,000 mile service...
Got a bill of 2500... 1500 for 30,000 mile service .... 1000 for maf sensor and front brake pad...

is it reasonable?

That's pretty high. 15k is around $400-450. Exactly what did they do?

I paid 1300 for 30k. Why didn't Lucent do the brake pads and sensor?

I should have sent the car to Arling at the first place...
didn't realize my front pad are wearing out... so... =_=" sigh...
Just figured it'll be easy one stop...

my friend you got stabbbbbbbed maf is a 10 min job without tools in the dark wearing boxing gloves.... whats the labor rate ?? it;s about $100.00 in nor cal... really it is a 10 min at the most to change maf...as they say in reno better luck!!!

DAMNNNN, $945 on labor and a couple hundred on parts, they are ****ing robbers and should be shot.
Not to mention the ridiculous labor on a MAF, sensor.

i cleaned and replaced my maf in less than 20 minutes, having never attempted it before...

at this point, just be glad it's over, i guess....

is the car any better driving/responive??

im 2K from 30 as it is, and am preparing to bend myself... (plugs are a must, as is the oil change, but otherwise, i dunno.....)

Holy Crap!!! $405 to change MAF? It's a 5 minute job. And $475 for MAF? Kevin, you just got robbed!!!

I thought MAF will under warranty. But $405 for 10 min job, thats $2430 per hour rate!!!
