hmm...why would you push kkk16's past 1.2 bar? I don't think they're built to handle more than that. Could be wrong tho.

Go with the EVO, easy to do and already pre set.

Although I dont know about the 1.2 bar result with the K-16's?

Using upgraded WG with K16? All you'll be doing is blowing hot air into the engine.

Speed Gallery also sells a kit. They installed mine and it required splitting the factory spring case.

I like the fact that the EVO units look stock (since my car is still under warranty).

thanks guys I have been pushing 1.2 bar for 3 years on my K16's just thought the standard OEM springs may be getting a little tired but from what I hear with K16s this doesn't make any sense right ?

L Gancho is infamous around these parts
I was considering this upgrade earlier this year. I was actually told, via telephone, by an EVO sales rep. that this modification was not really meant for the K16's, but rather the K24's. He actually dissuaded me and I appreciated his honesty in not trying to just sell me something. I could be wrong, but isn't the boost controlled electronically (engine management system) anyway??

I makes a huge difference with K24s. IMO you shouldn't even get a flash without exhaust DV and wastegate springs on a K24 car.
