They are all tuner friendly but how the respond is different. I'd say pick the HP level you want first and then make your strategy... If you are the sort that wants to keep your stock turbos then the S and GT2 have K24s and with the same level of tuning can get you 550plus HP. The K16s max out around the 500mark... The GT2 is a handful above 600hp with its RWD so make sure you can handle it.

+1
I want to see how far I can push myself, definitely going to get acquainted with the car first, then really learn how to push it before I decide. I just got my first pcar last march just a C2 and thinking about getting a Turbo, TurboS or GT2 by mid next year. I have driven a regular Turbo and I am impressed by it, just want more power. Not impressed by the Italians in terms or torque but love the sound and attention they get. But I need more of a DD than a weekend car.

Yeah, I heard that GT2s are quite intimidating for some people especially driving it hard, but Im very attracted to the exclusivity of the car. The TT's all wheel drive system is very appealing for bad weather and added piece of mind when cornering hard.

Ill just have to drive all of em when the time comes. Just cant wait to see which one I would be able to get.

Thanks for the insight!!!

I know what you mean about the Italians They look good but are a bit on the gutless side.... The TT is much safer in terms of putting the power down but the GT2 is more edgy and you need to be a good driver to handle the power.

All of them have their advantages for obvious reasons, and they all can be pushed to about 600 hp and tq maxing out the stock setup, K16's also!

Have you ever posted a 1/4 mile trap speed or any AX22 numbers to verify this unbelievable claim?

That's for sure! Gobs of power, RWD, and no PSM? Yikes!! I was driving a couple Vipers (including one that had a Paxton Novi SC that supposedly puts down 750hp at the crank) on the rain-slicked track at Infineon today, and boy, am I glad I have the tt and not a GT2 in my garage! The rear end of the Vipers broke loose so many times. I was real thankful that I wore a helmet when I bonked my head pretty hard on the A-pillar this once when the back end snapped around! Never had this problem in my tt .
