How do you make the rear wing go up at 50 mph

vs 70 mph pls ? Automatically that is

I don't think you can change the "automatic" wing extension. You can of course put it up using the manual button at any speed.

I doubt there is an override, but you can do it via the button as already stated.

So when a knowledgable officer pulls you over he can't
use the tail being up as proof you were speeding.

Great idea. When he pulls you over you know he's going get right into analyzing the electronic sensing apparatus of the spoiler. Somebody around here has really got a grip on how knowledgeable officers think.
