Are your DV's "honking" or otherwise making noise?

My DV's were making noise and the dealer replaced them with Bailey's...under warranty.

Nothing wrong with paying for DV's and replacing them yourself though...

Good luck and go slowly. Replace all the POS tension-closing clamps with a screw type. Be careful not to slip and make a gauge in the soft rubber hose to the left of them, ask me how I know. If you repeat my blunder I actually have a spare one in my garage.

If you can drop the engine down a few inches it makes it alot easier

The low end of the process is ~50 minutes. That's how long it took my mechanic to change mine, and that included the time it took to take one of the valves apart to rotate the top to a better angle for installation.

mine came with 90 degree valves which were not moveable/adjustable and fit/cleared just fine...
I got the Bailey DV30s from Mike at AWE...

Mine have 90 degree fittings too, it's just which way the 90 degree fitting is pointed that's the issue. The top of the Bailey valve can be removed allowing the top portion (including the attached fitting) to be rotated and aligned differently relative to the other hose fittings on the valve.
