Check the black plastic inner fender liner for the front wheels. At the forward part of the liner closest to the ground, make sure there is no loose plastic or rubber. The rubber flap for aerodynamics sometimes pops out on my car and rubs the tire at full lock.

Sounds like droplinks........my car does the same thing too.....Its like a clicking/popping sound when you turn the wheel all the way while idling or moving very slow.

Do you have any aftermarket suspension components on your car? I.E. Swaybars like CJV said.

This sounds like what it might be. but it makes popping noises and you can feel it in your car. isn't that manufacturing defect then ????

What can I do about it. because it feels like i'm damagin my car when i make those full turns...

My car has aftermarket sway bars and coilovers and I'm told that when you turn the wheel and it reaches full lock there is too much pressure on the droplinks which causes it to pop, from what I hear its not bad for the car but it doesn't sound good either. I'm gettin new droplinks and the noise should go away but I know exactly what your talking about. I've never heard of this problem concerning a car that has a stock suspension so it might be something else, but then away maybe it can occur with a stock suspension, I'm still new to the P-car scene so I wouldnt no yet. If you are car savvy you should get under your car somehow and have a friend turn the wheel and see where its come from. If not take it too a shop I'm sure they will charge you very little to find out what it is, if they even charge you at all. Hopefully its nothing serious and you get it sorted out ASAP. Here is a link to a picture of what they should look similar too....Hope I helped you a little bit...

It could have been designed better. The rubber flap has two tabs that fit into 2 slots on the fender liner. I just pop it back into place whenever it pops out. I asked a Porsche mechanic (certified) and he said not to waste money on a new part, just use some black silicone to keep it in place (which I have yet to do).

Could be the bearing at the top of the strut that allows the strut to rotate when the wheels turn.
