John, your turbos are modified K24's running Mitsubishi 18G compressors. Same turbos I had when I made 580 rwhp and hit 10.6 @ 136. Different animal than regular K24's.

Check out this link. It's our off the shelf K24 turbo kit. Scroll down for our dyno plots.

On our '03 996TT, we put down 503 to all four wheels with the following mods:

K24 Turbos
GIAC Stg 3 Software
AWE Tuning Exhaust
BMC Panel Air Filter Replacement
OEM GT2 Intercoolers
Bailey Motorsport Diverter Valves.

Testing was done on 93 octane.

After talking with someone else on the site that did the UMW hybrids, I thought they didn't use the GIAC software. I thought they were using their own software. So, wouldn't that be a major difference........or can you tune any turbo package with and tuning software??? Sorry this could be an obvious dumb question, so I won't be insulted if you say so.

We have an AWD Mustang Chassis dyno. No removal or disconnecting.

Thanks Scott I know what I have. My car had the X50 (stock 24's) and I changed them to the Hybrid 24/18's I was just wondering if the dyno that was posted was stock or Hybrid 24's. I need to get my can on an AWD dyno and see what it puts down. Oh and I hope you can dyno AWD cars TKDalumni. Anybody? Thanks Mike for the dyno info.

Not at all. Not much different than driving downt the road. The rollers are linked by a BIG toothed belt.

All the wheels spin at the same speed.

Question answered in print and pictures. Wow that was AWHP on a Mustang dyno don't they usually read a little lower that the others?

Mustangs are a load dyno. Yes, they generally read slightly lower than say a Dynojet. Dynojets rely on inertia to achieve power figures.

Load dynos are especially nice because you can simulate many different running scenarios. They make tuning fuel injection much easier.

There is also a 1/4 mile test mode. Never tried it with our Porsche, but we played around with it with one of our Audi's. It's like a big giant video game...

Todd and I battled for best ET in our shop A4. I won.
