Question about Champions RG5s

I just picked up a set and I love them. In detailing the rims are the lips clear coated, or can I use a semi abrasive alum polish to shine them up (Mother's or something).

Ari - the lips are most definately clear coated. Don't use an alum polish - only a wax. Remember, they are not polished lips, they're what they call diamond cut (or something like that).

I had them and am getting the RG19s on my car this weekend.
