suggestions? my front tires are rubbing (NEW PICs)

Hey guys,
I just purchased some HRE 840Rs with 235/35/19 in the front and 315/25/19 on the back. They look great and seem to fit fine until I turn hard left or right. I attached some photos and you can see how the tires are rubbing. Is a simple matter that my suspension is too low or do I need to do something else?

here are some bigger pics, what do you think? Of note, the wheel well bulges in a bit where the tires rub. the bulging is exactly the same on both sides. Does everyone's do that? If this car was in a wreck, I'm getting a lawyer!

I am running the exact tire sizes as you, with no rubbing. (none ever)
Your height even looks fine...no lower than mine.
How wide are your front rims?

the front rims are 8.5 I thought this was a standard width for custom wheels. I wonder is anyone else has had this problem?

thanks

Are they rubbing on the fenders on big bumps or irregular roads at speed?

they are actually rubbing just sitting in my driveway. I didn't notice it until today when I was backing out of my driveway and made a hard turn. When the car is parked, just turning hard one way or the other causes them to rub as demonstrated in that picture. I haven't noticed it while driving. I'll have to take it in to my tuner and have him take a look. crap

I know. Your car looks lower than mine and i'm sure your wheels/tires are at least the same size or bigger. Is a little rubbing a big deal? should i just ignore it?
