Wow, that is cheap. Mark.....of course they probably think that you just have a regular 996, yes?

Do they know what a montster you have, and how much will they give you to replace her?

I pay $500 per year with high limits of liability, full comp, rent acar and $500 deduct with Wawanesa per year! The car is listed as a pleasure vehicle. Interestingly, they think my car is GT2 (same code I guess).

Check out American Property and Casualty, $90,000 replacement
250/500 liability ,3rd car discount $620 per year. 5% deductible.
Also, if you do not have any claims after 36 months they refund
25% of your premium on all cars insured and your homeowners.
"A" rated company, home office in Springfield, MO. They have kept
their rates well below other company's because they limit their
exposure to central USA. No insurance on the coasts ie hurricanes and earthquakes. Sorry Gulf coast and CA

Man... I pay 3600 a year for one car no tickets with Allstate! 28 with no wrecks and 250/500 - 500 deductible. The 911 was more expensive to insure than my Noble...

A lot of these "big" companies are taking a hit because of HUGE losses in the past few years (katrina, etc) catching up to them.

I have been seeing a large number of people coming over to my companies from All State, State Farm, etc...and savings like you posted (ove a $1000) is not uncommon at all!

Shopping insurance is a good thing to do once a year. Youd be surprised at the money you could save by taking a little time to look into it

Steve, Glad you saved

Same coverage and no kids here as well.
Problem is that I am seeing 1400.00 per car.
The wife's CTS-V is 1600.00 per year. When I asked why, they said that her car cost more to fix. Whaaa?!!
The CTS-V costs more to fix? How's that? There are 10s of 1000s of CTS bodies rolling around and as many if not more LS-6 motors out there.
Now on the other hand, the 996 targa is kind of odd and parts are harder to get but it comes out cheaper. Go figure.

i pay $2100 w/ AAA in SF w/o tickets (they know of, for now anyways...) w/ $1k deductible & highest levels of comp. they say if i have receipts, they will be re-imburse me for everything (little do they know ).

i used to pay $2200 for the supra so i'm not complaining too much.
