Question 0-60 in 3.58

I'm not sure how accurate the beltronics Vector GX1 performance Timer is, my best 0-60 time was 3.58 seconds, is this good for a Stage 4 996 TT?
When I tried to push it harder, I noticed a funny smell, I didn't want to burn my clutch so I stopped trying, I wonder what it could do with a heavy duty clutch? New modified clutch will probably be my next mod.

WOW!!!! You must be one quick shifter.... I think it is quite possible to get thoes times, but I would give it a + or - .2 seconds for the possible descrepany of the unit.

The 3.58 was my very best time, my average runs were more like 3.65 to 3.9 (3.9 was my worst).

Now that is ripping it. The readers can be pretty accurate. I ran a G-Tech while running the 1/4 and it was within a few MPH off. Slower in fact.

That's pretty awesome ... didn't you just recently get the car? I guess you learned how to launch it pretty quick eh? I've only had mine about a week but I'm still getting used to the wimpy clutch LOL.

Just a friendly note: I know you acknowledged the G-Tech, however it's bad form to talk about any quarter mile times uless you actually run them, and get the time slip.

I don't doubt it and no offence intended. Love to see timeslips for anyone's ride!
