'Chip'ed or Not ?
'Chip'ed or Not ?
Hi all, I thought I'd do a quick check of the maximum bar under full load, to see whether or not my '03 TT has been 'chip'ed. My car has 4,300 miles with a short shift kit and a somewhat louder than stock exhaust, so I figured there was some possibility that it might have a aftermarket chip. Through most of the rev range, I'm seeing 0.7, however it does show 0.8 for short periods of time. Is this normal for a non-chip'ed car? Could the Colorado altitude be a factor?
Sincerely,
Paul

Thanks Sharkster and all! I'll most certainly be getting my TT 'chip'ed; I'm just trying to decide how far to go. The Stage 4 sounds like a dream!
