really? then why is the GT3 of the same generation always faster on a track than it's Turbo counterpart? 997 GT3 DECIMATES the 997 Turbo on the ring, and the 996 GT3 is faster than the 996 Turbo.
The 997 GT3 runs the 'Ring in 7:39 and the 997 Turbo runs it in 7:40. Yep, the GT3 decimates it
Get a clue, troll!!
The middle of a turn is usually not a passing point during 99.9% of DE's.
The Porsche driver over cooked it and got out of his line. He corrected and got the back end loose. Had the S2000 keept his own line in a turn behind a faster car, this accident would have been avoided.

Get a clue, troll!!uhh... yeah... a Turbo with Pilot Sport Cups... on a track that long that could take up to 10 seconds off your time. so... in entirely stock trim, each a GT3 and a Turbo, the GT3 will destroy it.

People crash cars, whatda gonna do.
Just because one jerk drives either car does not mean everyone who has one is a toolbag. I have a Mustang and I do not live in a trailer park, work at a Jiffy Lube, or rock out to White Snake. However I do live in an upscale town, I am faculty at University of Illinois, and rock out to White Snake on occasion.
imolazhp_ci – I am sure you made lots of friends in school with your great attitude. Play nice and don’t make me give you a custom user title that the members here come up with.

What are you going to say next...."yeah, but if I put the 997TT Turbo engine in the GT3 it would win by like 60 seconds" or something along those lines?
Putting MSC tires on ANY CAR would be wise for a track like the 'Ring. Pretty damn cheap "mod" if you ask me.
Now, hurry along to the S2000 and M3 Boards.
