Do a search of this board for "Upsolute X50" (without quotes) for further info.

Some have had good results...unfortunately, I tried Upsolute before switching to GIAC and found the lag much increased compared to stock...

I have an upsolute on my x50, the car pulls much harder, definately worth it. Give it a try for 500 bucks, you probably wont be disappointed.

How about the lag that msindi mentioned? I understand that for non X50 TT's Upsolute seems to have good results.

Do they have a program specifically for X50 now to avoid the lag?

I do drive on the tracks and I can feel the lag of the stock X50. I don't want to increase the lag anymore.

Thanks.

If you're going to the meet, someone will have the X50 with upsolute....be sure to catch a ride in that car.

Wrap your headers. This by itself will reduce lag and increase engine life by reducing operating temperatures.

Or instead of wrapping your headers I got mine ported, polished and ceramic coated by Stephen and Kevin at Imagine Auto just like on their shootout car
Wrap is cool but it rains in MA and water trapped in the thermal wrap can corrode the headers...
