It depends on what residual value will be, AND if you'll want to keep it past the end of the lease.

I'm almost never a proponent of leasing, but sometimes they get the residual wrong- especially on new vehicles where the mfg is underwriting the least end residual. They'll try to keep it high to move more new cars. The E60 M5 is a great example.
