Purchased a 2004 X50 with extensive leather options (org. MSRP 152705.)
11000 miles. It was repurchased from org. owner for rotten egg smell from exhaust. I was hoping to sell for $80000. what do you think, if I payed too much I will just keep it.

PS: I have had 3 Z06's thru the store, nice but not the same

Don't buy a car with its resale value as your primary goal.....your goal should be to enjoy the car. However, for 80K it better have the PCCB's.

Color is Sliver Metallic L9 with drk. Grey leather. I have to wait for it to arrive from CA-to-OH. Can't wait.
What exactly does the X50 pkg. have that my last 2001 996 std. did not?

 

X50 package is a rather pricey option.. it essentially adds the same turbos and intercoolers that are found in the GT2.
