my concern with the hose replacement and removal of the stock ridgid piping is when the hose breaks down. seems like it will eventually fail due to engine heat exposure and impinging (and or wear from abrading) on the hose. there a reason why it's engineered with rigid piping back there. also from what info I can gather is the hose is just sitting there on the engine with no mounts.
let me know if there is any, I mean any type of hose contact with the firewall engine etcc... I have no doubt it will make power, I'm just don't want to deal with it when it fails. doesn't look like it will be fun if you have to try and run down a small leak.

is it reallly worth the hassle though ? i mean is the power increase and benefits that good ? i mean u wil have to drop ur motor some ... and if u have someone do it for u .. the instal on this would be expensive no?
put one on my car great hp gain ,but no more great dv noise(which i miss ) the woosh is gone!!! had to cut the old plumbing into three parts with the motor lowered... tight fit
. mine is rock solid no mounts needed yet
