I'm away to Spa at the end of this week (can't wait!) Anyway I am about to install the new air intake plenum as supplied by Don (Dgreen78) before I head off. Both Don and Alex (Shark) have passed on useful tips but does anyone have any pics of a motor with stock plenum on it? I just want to see exactly what I am cutting out as it is such a tight space, and if anyone has any further tips this would be great! Thanks

 

Do you have to saw the old one to get it out?

You don't have to, but it is a royal PIA to guide it out.

Airflow is very important!! :-)

 

actually I have two y pipes and two pleniums :-) and yes this is very hard to take off.. I had to drop the engine a few inches and took me all day with the help of some buddies!!
