Recirc valve--- secondary air ??? What's this ?

I was driving My 03 TT to the P dealer for some warranty issue and got an check engine light.
Dealer coded it and said secondary air recirculating valve fault. He said valve is not leaking but would have to pull engine to research furthur !.
Any body got any ideas?
Thanks

As long as it's under warranty...let the dealer figure it out and PCNA pay for it. As long as he's going to pull the motor, you might want to consider changing out/or replacing the clutch assembly.

you could also has a leak or crack in your "F" hose, which connects the diverter valves to the aux intake line going into the Y pipe..

I recently had a recirc. CEL that I fixed by pressure testing my intake. I had a couple of leaks on the F hose. Had to replace a failed hose clamp and tighten another. Here's the pressure testing description... https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...08#post1128808
