Will a 996 TT w/ Fabspeed bypass pipes sound like a 996 GT3 with the same setup?

Will a 996 TT w/ Fabspeed bypass pipes sound like a 996 GT3 with the same setup?
My friend Sal (Emperor) has a 996 GT3 with Fabspeed Muffler By-Pass Pipes and it sounds amazing! He still has stock headers and cats. Will a 996 TT sound as good and be as loud as a GT3???

Fabspeed Supersport on my car...VERY loud! The guy warned me when I bought it...I said "good" 
. When its cold its really loud at idle and burbles a lot under deceleration; but its smooth once everything warms up. At WOT people say it sounds just like a GT cup car, but honestly its not bad at all while cruising on the highway, I go on trips that are a couple of hours long and its no big deal.

No a turbo will never sound like a GT3. I think this is because GT3 has much more compression, totally different headers and exhaust, different camshafts and revs much higher. I can tell you that my friend has an 04 gt3 and he has comented on the good sound of my Europipe 2 quiet. It has a nice tone and mellow but sporty sound. My car is a tip so you might want an EP2 loud. Good luck.

The fact that the exhaust has to go through a turbo adds a whole different dimension to the sound. So, no it will never sound the same.
It's like with guitars, a Strat will never sound like a Les Paul. apples and oranges.

Good way of putting it. I want a very loud exhaust, preferbaly no cats. I will also be doing the headers. Which exhaust drones the most and most obnoxious??

Now that is not for everyone. If your car is a daily driver and you are living in a picky gated community with old farts as neighbors, well may not work out.
I have driven the car like that to tracks hundreds of miles away, radio on and still able to carry on a conversation.
