Food for thought, if your going to up grade turbos and try to keep the same exhaust I recommend k24/18 or k24/20. This will meet all your power needs for a long time with out costing too much.
Cheers

You may also want to talk with Upsolute about the tuning... I've got some mis-givings about my own tune with them...

Hello,I had the upsolute flash on my 996TT and upgraded to K16/24 and they sended me the new software for free, but the A/F ratio was a bit to lean so my tuner mailed them and they reprogrammed it again for free and I run at full boost always around 11.7/1 which it's perfect (My boost pressure is 1.2 bar)I had it dynod and I have 566HP on the crank.

My car is going to the shop today for the codes I listed in another thread, but when tracking mine, there's defenitely some "tuning" that needs done. I have a couple flat spots where it feels like i'm lifting when Im' not. I may need to drive down to Charlotte and meet with the guys at Upsolute and see if there's something we can do... Also on the highway once in a while it feels like it hits a flatspot... Others I've talked to who do HPDE/Track events say that Upsolute software is good for street use, but not so good for the track, but I'm still learning, as this is my first Porsche and I'm new to turbos on top of that... That said, I don't think I should be feeling these "dead" spots in the throttle upon Apex mid cornering... I've got K16/24s from Kevin at UMW and GT2 intercoolers.

I had to pay them Upsolute)$200 for the k24s upgrade and my A/F ratio was to rich at some point.
The mechanic called Rene to explain what happen, and i guess as my mechanic said he doesnt know about that much.
Who you dealing with from Upsolute?
Thanks Bill
