Many thanks to TPC for outstanding service re: my JRZs!!!!

One of my JRZ shocks recently failed. I purchased the shocks from TPC ( http://www.tpcracing.us/ ) and, given the complexity of the JRZ design, I sent the shock back to TPC for the rebuild. TPC rebuilds shocks in-house. TPC determined that the cause of the failure was a faulty helper spring, which was not provided by TPC and was therefore not covered by the warranty. Nevertheless, TPC graciously agreed to repair the shock under warranty, at no cost to me. That my friends is quality customer service.

Tom Chen is TPC’s chief tech and he really knows Porsches. TPC is active on the Porsche racing circuit, and they use their racing experience as the testing ground for the consumer products that they sell. This is why I purchased my JRZs from TPC. TPC is a great shop to work with.

Regards,

Craig

Craig,

JRZ are known for developing leaks or at least they were up to a couple years ago. I believe they recently changed the sealing.

To have them covered at no cost to you was great customer relations.

Which car do you think would win from a roll from sixty? Your car or Joe's? You guys seemed to have the fastest of the EVOMS cars.. would love to see this on video.
Cheers

Glad to hear you had such great service from TPC. I wish they'd be a little more cool to me. I have a supercharger that I want to put on my car, it is the same supercharger as their kit, so I thought i could buy the kit from them, minus the supercharger, but they wont piece it out, only sell the entire kit. They were also pretty rude to me on the phone, almost like "how dare I ask them such a question". Turned me off. That being said, I've heard nothing but positive experiences from people who've used them.

They are a class act organization with a proven racing history. I'm glad they are local (45 minutes).

Rob,

Please stop hijacking threads with the same inane questions unrelated to the thread topic.

Craig

Ps. Which is faster . . . your car in its current condition, or a John Deer lawnmower? Please do not answer, as my question is entirely rhetorical.

I put my money on the John Deere....assuming it is running drag radials and race gas..... As for whether Joes or Craig's is faster,I think the Gt850 will win ....
