6speedonline exclusive story...

Look for all the steamy details upon my return the first of September. Read about it here first!

Perhaps an early sneak preview if I can find an internet cafe.

I know photography is not permitted on the factory tour. I have not heard if photos are allowed for the CarreraGT event, but if they are the digi-cam will be ready.

what a beauty. Is it as big as you thought it would be? It looks pretty small in the pictures.

Kind of like the lambos, they look huge but when you get up next to them they aren't that big.

Carrera GT-Pass EPA?

If Porsche can't get the GT3 through the EPA how are they going to do with the Carrera GT?

I feel your pain -- hopefully, you'll get your GT3 soon and all this waiting will be forgotten. Hang in there.

Cool CGT

Jack,

Did you know the Carrera GT styling was done at Porsche's design studio in Huntington Beach? That may be where the car you saw is residing.

A fellow who called himself the Chief Designer introduced himself to me at a music trade show in Anaheim in January, and invited me to come by to see the CGT they have there.
