what server specs are you guys using? and under what connection and what switch?

I ran my old gameservers under cisco switch and dual AMD athlon mp processors and they worked well. Cisco did the job you guys should use it too ^^

Just curious, how much does this cost? How much does it cost to run a site like this annually?

Re: 6speed is now on a new server and DNS Request

You might want to put an autoforward on the old server pointing to the new server, as there are still some folks posting to the old board because the DNS info hasn't yet completely propagated.

Also, you might want to set the time on the new server; it's off by over 7 hours. While logged in as root, try the command:

ntpdate -s tick.gpsclock.com

Sincerely,
Paul Rubin

That's funny...I was linking with the old server last nite. I said this place is a ghost town. I saw at most, two users on the entire forum space. Thought the world might have ended!!!!
