The question is "would they have been better runs had I done everything the same, but remembered to turn the PSM off?"
Dr - I was leary of running a lot of boost as my engine now has 72,000 miles and I am not sure if the head gaskets weaken with age?
Scott - Thanks for the interesting data and tire advice. How does the fact that my front viscious coupling has failed play into these numbers, if at all?

John, FANTASTIC !!!!
I am heading to strip this saturday with S/C Viper and a Z06.
Rock Falls (rinky dink) raceway. I will let you know how it goes.
If I can drive as well as you I should be in low 11's as well.
I will be full street trim.
Congrats on a great run!

Buddy, that's kind of what I was thinking...
Heres a link to a video of the run: http://videos.streetfire.net/video/b...930157e096.htm

As Mark noted, you can run a bit more boost (get some VP 109 if you can). If you don't want to run a dr, my new Nitto 01's have been hooking like mad at a 40 punch in second gear and are a phenomenal all around tire.
Have you tracked you car with these tires, and if so, what were your impressions? Can you compare/contrast with other tires you may have had on the track? I have NT-01's also, but since my car has been in the shop for over 6 months for an engine upgrade, I haven't had any experience with them.

Al,
No I have not tracked her yet...I am still running the PS 2's in front. I will have the Nitto's all the way around for the track event at the Supra nats in March.
From the spirited driving I have done around town, the Nittos' are excellent. I highly recommend them, and I am rarely happy w/ most tires.
John,
W/ 72 K I would also go easy on the boost.

just goes to show, a pump beats no pump any day!
Kenny,
Every run I saw that corvette was in the 11's??? He also had huge drag slicks...it certainly looked a lot faster than that at the line, but going down the track it appeared to be travelling slower than what you would expect...
