Cool Priceless picture for all 996TT owners

From the GTBoard.com meeting.

This picture is pretty priceless (IMO) for all 996TT owners when you take into consideration what cars they are.

Ruf Rt12 (red) vs. Ruf R Turbo 650 (silver/grey) with a few Ruf Center Sweden specials. Basically a 996TT with Rt12 spec. but with a few extras

Some more:

R Turbo 650 vs. Supra ??? hp (??? = the amount of Supra hp has gone down after the video ) video is up.

All pics by Mjolle.

Now I'm just waiting for the video. The CGT had no chance either

why do you think that car is going 206.5 mph? Maybe the driving gloves make it look fast. That must be the weight of the passenger in the car because if you look at his actual speedo drivers left it can't be past 150 clicks. The speedo gauge for over 200mph would be past 12 oclock on the old dial.

I wonder why they didn't do the dev red stitching throughout the car? The center stack and door grab handles have regular stitching. I saw a similar mismatch on a 996TT cab that I almost bought. Red on the center armrest with turbo script and doors but reg stitching on the rest of the car. Didn't look right at all.

I'm guessing that's in kilometers. 206.5 kmh = 128 mph

Those gloves do make him look like he is going faster. Maybe I should get some for the track.

I'm sure the gloves come with a matching sweater and knickers.

The grey car is a Ruf R Turbo 650. The CGT is slower than both the R Turbo and the Rt12, especially after 200 km/h there is a huge difference.

The speedo are in km/h. The R Turbo had 323 km/h when passing the finish line. The CGT had around 190-195 km/h. (speedo)
