Rear Wing Removal?

So i'm trying to lighten the back end of this baby up a bit and i figured if i remove/replace...

-the rear wiper motor (6lbs)
-the rear subs and frame (20lbs)
-stock exhaust (30 lbs)
-stock wheels (4lbs)
-and the rear wing motor (30lbs)

...i can roughly lose about 90lbs off the rear end. My question is then... Is removing the rear wing motor an easy DIY or how much can i expect to pay to have a tuner do it? And the car will be tracked quite a bit so i'm thinking that i'll leave the blade in the up position to maximize down force. Any thoughts on any of this is greatly welcomed! Thanks!

30lbs for the wing motor? I know Im out of place here but that sounds very optimistic. I had to ditch all kinds of stuff in the 951 to lose 90lbs including the spare tire, jack, rear seats, etc..
