Just got off the phone with them...She claimed she hasn't heard of the problem, never, not once, been there a year too...I should keep the NSX and punt the 911 piece of crap...I feel better now, maybe I'll get lucky and someone will steal it.
That's probably what they are told to say so they don't have to have officially acknowledge the problem. It's impossible for someone in the customer service area not to know of the problem. This has been around for 6+years and they have probably replaced thousands of seals and a few hundred engines.
