Extended Warranty purchase?

I am looking into possibly getting an extended warranty after the dealer warranty is done.
Where do you think i can get a fair deal/terms on extending warranty?

Stay away from autosource, they are based in Toms River. The price was good, at 1900 for 36 months 45000 miles, but they reserve the right use cut-rate recycled parts. I am currently disputing a claim with them right now.

I have Warranty Direct, I have never had a claim, but I know people who have and they have paid for the repairs no questions asked. Just make sure you get the full coverage option...

I just purchased an extended Warranty when my original ran out. Depending on your current miles the price will vary.(5-years from todays date or 60K miles added to my original miles) I paid $3,000 for my 2003 C4S with 17K miles. The coverage is basically Bumper to Bumper with some extras: Tires covered from road hazards: Rental car $35/day: Towing of $75. If you're 100 miles away from home and something happens they will pay for lodging/food, up to $375.00. Can be used at ANY Porsche dealer or independent Porsche shop of your choice. Peace of Mind for myself if something major goes south. Actually it's the little things that add up $$..Good luck. If you need more info I would be more than happy to give you the 411.

I have warranty direct. so far they have been good. I had to make a RMS claim and a coolant expansion tank claim, they paid both no questions asked.

I had one glitch. They told me that replacement "bolts" were not covered by warranty direct. Since it is an exclusionary warranty "bolts" would have to be explicitly listed in my contract which it is not. I have not decided to fight this yet as the cost to me for all the above work was $12 in bolts and their portion was $1600. They pay over the phone with a credit card, no inspection, very fast, very convenient.

i have warranty direct too. filed two claims since i bought it last year and it pretty much paid for itself. first claim was engine case oil leak and coolant expansion tank, second claim RMS and replace heating elements in passenger seat. total cost was well over what i paid for. FYI i have the bumper to bumper exclusion warranty with 0 deductable, $2500 for 4 years 50k miles. Highly recommended!

I used Warranties 4 wheels:

I purchased an '02 C2 Cab with 57K miles.
The 4 year/100K total miles was $3645 with a $100 dedcutible.
No issues yet.
