Mille

The factory color on the 2000 C4 Milles was "viola chromaflair metallic" which produced subtle color changes depending on the amount and angle of lighting (dark purple to dark green to black), as I recall. It was distinctive to say the least, and was the only year and only model for this paint.

If this is a color you are considering for a 996, I highly recommend seeing it on the car first. Pictures, or even small painted panels, will not give you the perspective of what it will look like on a compound-curve car like the 996. I had considered it several years ago until I saw one live, and concluded it was way too purple in certain lights and angles for me. It has been historically one of the hardest colors to resell, if that is important to you.

Yeah, I decided it was too purple for my taste, really too purple.
