Replacement Filters for EVOMS Intake?

has anyone tried using an oil-less filter for the EVOMS intake, kinda like the AEM oil-less air filter?

How often should we change the filter?

whenever it looks filthy or following standard manufacturer intervals.
you don't change the EVOMS filter, rather you wash it and re-oil it using a K&N or BMC recharge kit.

if you really want to change it, new filters can be bought from EVOMS or another company that makes one that will fit.

it should be recharged/cleaned every 25000 kilometers, as recommended by bmc.

i put an aem dry filter on. It did not fit particularly well as the end of the dry filter is wider than the k&n and was scrunched against the plastic housing badly. I heat gunned the evo plastic at the point of contact (with the end of the cone) using a spoon to reshape it smoothly and all is well.
looks fine as well

found it:

6" diameter filter with the 5" long filter element/short neck... just remember you have to slightly reshape the evo intake plastic housing as described above
