Post Pics of YOUR 996 Targa

lets see all the targas out there

I think it would be the best choice for me since I live in Vancouver where it rains 300 days out of the year. I wanna see what you guys have done with them here on 6speed.

Cheers,
Sardar

I absolutely love Targa's, but they seem to be rare. My first choice for a 911 would be a black on black Targa.

Here's a few shots of mine. I've posted most of these before I think. But here they are anyways.

and a couple at the track

I'll tell you, I had a coupe before and I just love the targa. In the northwest I just think it is the best of both worlds. I enjoy driving with the top closed as much as with it open. It really is an amazing car. It's not for everyone people see it as some sort of hybrid..but it really is amazing, and don't forget the rear hatch. That makes it a borderline utility car!

These were taken with my phone, so I apologize for the quality. They were also taken before I had my Gemballa hood put on. I love my targa. I wanted the open air feel for a convertable with the lines and rigidity of the carrera. You can open the top at any speed, and have a decent conversation to boot. Plus, I can't remember the last time I saw another Targa on the road.

996targa,
Great looking car. I would love to see some shots with your gemballa hood. I really like that look and have been wondering how it would look on a 996.

Not sure that I have introduced myself... here are pics of my targa. It has H&R coilovers, GT3 sways, GT3 lower front control arms, and 7mm wheel spacers. Currently running 1.7deg of camber in back and 1.1deg in front. The negative camber up front made a huge difference on the the balance of the car.
