E55 owner and former Z06 owner looking to buy a porsche

Hello everyone,
I traded in the Z06 for my 03 E55 but I miss the sports car feel so im in the market for a 911. I have always been a huge porsche fan but i have never owned one before. I am also moving from NJ to boca FL in January so i am seriously considering the C4S Cabriolet ( turbo cab to much of a premium) However, I am concerned about the lack of power considering what I am currently driving. Also I would love some feedback regarding Tip vs manual. The reason im even considering the C4s cab is because my wife wants a convert otherwise an 03 turbo with low mileage would be the way to go. Please help me make my decsion!!

the way to get "sports car feel" is not to get porsche's heavest (and slowest in every way) 911 product (C4S cab tip).

Depending on your budget, if you are going to get the NA 911, stick with an '02 or newer. Many imprevements from the '01 and prior, particularly in the cab - you get the glass rear window. Also 20 more HP and a more aerodynamic vehicle with a stiffer chassis. However, if you can afford a few more $$, go for a used TT. There are a lot of nice ones out there.

TT. Have you driven any of them yet? TTs are a bargain right now, and you wouldn't regret it later. Personally, I don't like tip cars, whether NA, TT, or otherwise.

Then get the C2 Cab, Shouldn't need AWD in Florida. But make sure not to get the tip.

I have been reading some old post trying to educate myself on the EVO supercharger install. What is the actual Horsepower gain? I actually have become friends with the guy who owns Car Graphics up here in NJ and I plan on asking him what i can get for between 10-15k

using the same % drivetrain loss from stock, it's about 140 or almost 50%. not only that, you won't have a heavy pig with overboosted steering AWD.
