Got a total of 14 boxes with a coverage of 630 square feet. Armstrong Excelon Industrial tile 1/8 thickness 12x12. Went with a color scheme to match the house. Body color is light gray and the trim is a dusty purple. You can get at Lowes or Home Depot.

Total cost after tax was $404.00. One container of adhesive $15.02. One container of floor leveler for the seams $8.45.

Now to have a good weekend to empty out the garage and put the tile down.

What brand of tile are you using??

Can you use a car jack on them?

I plan on going with the white and black checkerboard motive as well after I knock off the "honey to do list".

Aben they are Kiwitiles, just about all the race teams at Le Mans for example use them.

Yes you can use a car jack and jack stands on them. The big pole under the left speaker is my aluminum jack.

Ken I'd like to think that I don't have that much "junk." The stuff that I don't need on a daily basis is in the walk up attic and my snows tires for my other cars and street tires for the Porsche are in the basement.(Track tires are on the Porsche now)

 

I looked at Kiwi as well but the cost was significantly more. .60 and I think on the group buy it is 2.75 or so. Now you don't have much are to cover

Yeah mine was a lowly 200sq ft.

 

I last painted my garage floor with the stuff almost 6 years ago, and some spots are starting to wear out (no peeling). I'm thinking of applying another coat soon, but I hear they changed the paint formulation recently (probably due to environmental concerns). Has anyone tried this paint in the last year or so?
